PPC & Social Media Ads Specialist

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled PPC & Social Media Ads Specialist to play a crucial role in expanding their user base through effective digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of the company’s paid advertising strategy. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media channels. Your expertise will help drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness, shaping the company’s digital marketing efforts as it scales its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
• Create and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Perform regular analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search and social media ad strategies with broader business goals
• Monitor and optimise bids, ad positions, and budgets for maximum ROI
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, social media advertising, and digital marketing
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, preferably within a fast-growing or start-up environment
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad campaigns across PPC and social media
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
