Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute and manage Ad campaigns.
• Developed and implement effective and targeting strategies based on audience demographics interest and behavior.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reach KPIs.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up to date with the latest trend of Google tools and feature in Google and Google ads.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to track measure and report on campaign result
• Manage budget and ensure campaigns are cost effective and align with overall marketing goals
• Provide regular updates insights and recommendation to stake holders on campaigns performance and optimization.
• Manage campaigns directly and across all channels
• Be instrumental in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other business metrics.
• Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
• Ensure reporting on weekly and monthly performance of marketing goals through digital.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, with a focus on key parameters of success.
Expected Skills & Qualifications:
• At least 2 - 4 years of related performance marketing or Ads experience
• A passion for Digital Marketing overall. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out.
• A firm grasp of Web Analytics and data driven marketing,
• Strong analytical ability and ability to create reports,
• Strong ability to think creatively, identify and resolve marketing problems,
• The capability to synthesize sophisticated ideas into impactful recommendations for the leadership
