Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives, including website optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
• Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis, providing insights for campaign optimization and staying ahead of industry changes
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic rankings and drive relevant traffic
• Create engaging and persuasive content for websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences
• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis
• Utilize marketing automation tools to plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion rates to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven strategies
• Collaborate with web design and development teams to optimize website structure, user experience (UX), and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and client acquisition
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance our clients' online presence.
• Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies to optimize
Desired Skills:
• Proven experience 3 years of experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role in a web design and development agency or a related industry
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including search engine algorithm changes, social media trends, and emerging technologies
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions
