Job Description
The RHA Digital Marketing Specialist leverages self-directed research, intelligence gathering, analysis and reporting to drive growth that aligns with RHA business unit goals, ensuring decision making is based on sound judgment. The role coordinates and implements business marketing efforts concentrating on digital marketing through the website, Salesforce, market research, and mass communications. This position will focus on website optimization, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will be directly managed by the Manager, Digital Marketing. The candidate will need to be able to work with other Ametek Business Units on processes and documentation.
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Manage lead generation and nurturing based on website visits, Salesforce, mail campaigns, and tradeshows
• Plan and execute SEO related digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization, and Search Engine Marketing.
• Understanding of business requirements and B2B marketing automation implementation through Salesforce Pardot
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to create landing pages, A/B testing and optimize user experience
• Reporting: Establish and publish routine and on-request reports that serves as baseline data for budgets, opportunity profitability assessment, and supports the BU financial objectives.
• Work with internal company databases to add content, create structure and verify existing data.
• Special projects: Work with the Commercial Team and Business Unit leadership to support sponsored projects with dynamic requirements including strategic planning, budgeting, product road-mapping or other activities as required.
Limits of Fiscal / Management Authority
• Not permitted to change Business Management / SOP processes, procedures and guidelines without formal approval but expected to make recommendations when necessary.
Required Skills And Abilities
• Candidate must be experienced in General Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype and similar software. Experience with Sitecore, Pardot and SalesForce (or similar) would be beneficial
• Deep understanding of website optimization and SEO principles. Must have up-to-date knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Must be able to execute standard SEO tasks as well as provide guidance to the team on SEO and SEM topics.
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing, Pardot Executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with Pardot, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, B2B social media, Google AdWords, Bing Advertising, email campaigns and Search Engine Marketing
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be a plus
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills and communications skills (both written and oral) with attention to detail
• Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to relationship-building, both internally and externally
• Must be self-directed and be able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar with 3-5+ years of related experience.
• Requirement analysis and feasibility Study
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, device and customer touch points
• Measuring/reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic flow using a variety of Web analytics tools
• Knowledge of Sitecore web content management a plus
• Creation/editing of short video content appropriate for YouTube channel
