About the Role:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple brands/accounts, aligning them with business objectives and target audiences.
• Conduct thorough audience research and competitive analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for effective campaign targeting and positioning.
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
• Optimise campaign performance by monitoring and analysing key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and website content that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Generate regular performance reports and present insights, trends, and recommendations to clients/stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of digital marketing efforts on business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content writers, and account managers, to ensure seamless project execution and deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, understanding their objectives, and providing strategic guidance and recommendations for achieving digital marketing success.
Skills Required:
• Possess an in-depth understanding of the complete sales funnel for D2C ecommerce websites.
• Certifications from Google and Facebook, validating your digital expertise
• Extraordinary analytical skills to unravel marketing challenges
• Remarkable command of written and spoken communication
• Thrive in the fast-paced environment of e-commerce, leveraging your self-motivated nature to achieve excellent results
• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in project management and multitasking, ensuring seamless execution of multiple initiatives

Academic Qualifications:
• Any related degree, because your skills are what truly shine

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment, handling multiple brands/accounts.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
