Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. They will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to email, social media, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, display advertising, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to make strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with followers.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Create and manage email campaigns, including writing copy and designing templates.
• Monitor and optimize paid search and display advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with email marketing, social media management, SEO, SEM, and website optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
