Responsibilities:
• Develop & lead strategies and account management for campaigns including the planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of these campaigns focusing on scaling acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and quality.
• Be accountable for meeting ROAS targets and develop insights/tactics that will increase revenue.
• Build and execute a data-driven testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, and frequency.
• Own regular communication of campaign performance against targets, bringing clear analysis and insights to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities and trends for continued growth.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer journey and leverage/provide insights to unlock new growth and conversion opportunities.
• Stay informed on the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and provide recommendations on the adoption of technology and machine learning to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Skills
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, primarily running Google Shopping Campaigns.
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Amazon, Walmart).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation.
