Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist specialising in SEO, Meta & Google Ads to join our new e-commerce venture. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximise ROI through Meta & Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful SEO and Ad campaigns, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our website.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise existing content for search engines.
• Create and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
• Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure the brand's online presence is optimised.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad performance analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, videographers and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all digital assets.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies related to SEO, Meta, and Google Ads.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO, Meta, and Google Ads, preferably in the e-commerce [B2C industry] or a digital agency.
• Expertise in SEO techniques, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz.
• Experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, campaign setup, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and the e-commerce landscape.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts in a articulate manner.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
