Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
• Create, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify audience segments, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of advertising efforts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate advertising strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Advertising Expert or in a similar role, managing successful ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and ROI targets
