We are looking for an active and ambitious individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. As a Social Media Executive, you will be in charge of our company's social media platforms and branding pages. You will develop captivating content including posters, reels, and video content, for our pages. In addition, you must monitor user engagement on a daily basis and analyze feedback about the posts and the brand altogether consistently.
• Developing engaging social media strategies.
• Managing social media platforms of the organization.
• Creating creatives, reels, and videos for the purpose of brand awareness
• Scheduling social media posts.
• Engaging followers with regular company updates.
• Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
• Responding to the comments on social media on time.
• Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
• Monitoring social media metrics and ROI and analyzing social media trends.
• Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
• Coordinating with content writers, graphic designers, and other team members.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
• Google Business accounts management

· Bachelor's degree in the related field.

· Basic proofreading, photo, and video editing skills.

· Familiarity with Canva, VN, or VITA for design and editing.

· Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

· Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising. (Lead generation)

· Exceptional team management skills.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.

· Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.

· In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· A keen eye for details.
