Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and use insights to continually optimize campaigns and improve ROI
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay current with the latest digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop content and creative assets for campaigns
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital advertising platforms and email marketing providers
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate results to stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving website traffic and generating leads
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
