Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and making data-driven decisions.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize user experiences on our website and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, social media management tools).
