About the role We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a proven track record of creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention. Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms). Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI. Drive organic traffic through SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization. Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to our audience. Prepare detailed performance reports and insights to inform decision-making. Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or a technology-driven industry. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, SEO tools, and analytics software. Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and target audience preferences. Demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition and achieve measurable results. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
