Key Responsibility Areas:
• Responsible for online revenue generation (Brand store, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart & other marketplaces)
• Plan & execute effective digital campaigns and continually optimize ad accounts to achieve the best results
• Strategies and execute go-to-market plans across the ecosystem which would include strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget
• Understand & build an in-depth strategy for each product and its target audience
• Plan & execute monthly online/offline marketing campaigns & pricing strategies integrated via various departments and across all channels
• Efficiently manage monthly marketing spending across all channels
• Responsible for running effective campaigns on Amazon (AMS), Nykaa, Flipkart & other marketplaces
• Responsible for cost-effective media buying
• Guiding creative strategy & coordinate with teams internally like content, design & more to oversee execution.
• Enhance user experience & journey via improvements to website and UI/UX
• Manage SEO strategy and implementation via assistant or agency
• Oversee & execute email and whatsapp marketing campaigns
• Expanding brand presence on new marketplaces/channels
• Work closely with the CEO on new product launches & GTMs
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Build a strong team and lead them
• Provide weekly reports & metrics of various campaigns & promotions
• Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
Qualifications:
• 4 years experience in performance marketing for D2C brands
• Strong leadership qualities & able to multitask
• Experience running strong social media paid campaigns
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,510.+1 - ₹45,637.+7 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
