Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)
Location: Mumbai (Candidates from ONLY Mumbai need apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Fixed Salary of INR + Lacs To INR 10 Lacs (Annual) PLUS excellent performance-based remuneration amounting to 300% of the Annual Fixed Salary Component.

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on performance-based metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. If you have a proven track record of sales success and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify prospective clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend customized solutions.
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on market trends, competition, and client preferences.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiations, documentation, and closing
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Excellent personality (cheerful, confident, ambitious) and interpersonal skills
At least 3 years prior experience in closing B2C Or B2B transactions (preferably in real estate or any luxury product or service)
Full-time job (8 Hours)
Salary package offered: Fixed Salary of INR + Lacs To INR 10 Lacs (Annual) PLUS excellent performance-based remuneration
