We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Muc-Off. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a focus on consumer-focused CRM and email marketing.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our design and content teams to create compelling ads and drive sales through various digital channels. You will also be responsible for managing our performance marketing agency, setting targets, and scrutinizing the performance of our paid channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing acquisition and retention strategy, as well as expertise in consumer CRM and email marketing strategies. They will also possess strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, UGC, and CRM.
Responsibilities include:
• Establishing and implementing a digital, consumer-focused CRM strategy globally
• Creatig database-building campaigns
• Implementing regional and category segmentation for our consumer database
• Managing our performance marketing agency
• Leading and reporting on SEO activities globally
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 33 days holiday, hybrid working, and excellent staff discount on Muc-Off products.
