Job Description
Experience: 6 Months to 4 years
Primary Responsibilities:
• Plan and monitor campaign budgets.
• Deploy performance marketing, CPC / SM campaigns to achieve lead generation targets for each project.
• Must have hands-on in-depth technical knowledge of Google Display Network, Google Ads, FB campaigns and should be able to run them independently.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
• Coordinate with the ATL/BTL and the presales team to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry & find new ways to generate leads.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience.
• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Manage and update content on the website & develop new landing pages
• Set monthly marketing budget.
Knowledge:
1. Education – Graduation in any discipline.
2. Good Communication skills in English (Hindi & Marathi optional).
3. Has to be disciplined and hard working.
4. Has to be a team player.
Optional Skill:
1. Knowledge of using Photoshop/ Canva.
2. Website Designing – Knowledge of WIX or WordPress would be preferred
CTC Upto 2.6 LPA
