About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing tools. You’ll play a critical role in scaling paid campaigns, building full-funnel strategies, and optimizing for conversions across e-commerce and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Build and manage end-to-end performance funnels — from acquisition to conversion and retention.
Scale campaigns effectively while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics to analyze performance, user behaviour, and conversion paths.
Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across campaigns to ensure performance goals are met.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with data-backed insights and recommendations.

Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Google Analytics (GA4)
Shopify (eCommerce platform and analytics)
Google Tag Manager
Data Studio for reporting
Clarity (optional – for heatmaps and behaviour tracking)
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong understanding of funnel building, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
Proficiency in analysing campaign data and user behaviour using analytics tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and curiosity to experiment and learn.
Bonus If You Have:
Experience working in D2C or e-commerce brands.
Basic understanding of creative testing frameworks.
