Digital Responsibilities:
ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
· Build & deliver standardized and custom reports for business stakeholders.
· Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences.
Skills & Abilities:
· Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager with JavaScript (creating events & triggers) is required. Certification preferred.
· Basic proficiency in HTML & JavaScript needed.
· Experience in analyzing complex data sets for both planned and ad hoc analysis.
ARCHITECTURE & IMPLEMENTATION:
· Design, develop and support the web analytics instrumentation architecture - Own all Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environment & processes.
· Consistently evaluate and revise environment where necessary to improve stability, flexibility, scalability, and futureproofing including debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration issues.
· Develop custom analytics JavaScript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager.
· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds.
· Ensure the integrity and accuracy of tagging environment by continually monitoring tags, both manually and with automated tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business, Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred. In lieu of degree, Associates with applicable experience.
