UrbanGabru is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Ad & YouTube Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team at Hinjewadi Pune, India. As an expert in generating sales on Shopify stores, you will play a crucial role in driving our online revenue growth and expanding our customer base for the renowned brand, UrbanGabru.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective Meta ad and YouTube ad campaigns to maximize sales and achieve a minimum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 4X.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ad platforms, including Meta and YouTube, to create innovative strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and market trends for optimal campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives and UrbanGabru's brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Take ownership of your work and demonstrate the ability to self-manage projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successfully generating sales on Shopify stores through Meta ad and YouTube ad campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in maximizing ROAS and achieving a minimum ROAS of 4X.
• Strong knowledge of Meta ad and YouTube ad platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative ad strategies and tactics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while delivering results.
