LOCATION: Govandi(W), Mumbai (ON-SITE)Working hours: 10.30 Am to 7 PMThe ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business goals into marketing strategy and chart roadmap for annual digital marketing spends.Lead digital transformation across the company including real-time and historical traffic tracking, analysis, and reporting.Lead E-commerce marketing for own website and platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc along with Key Account manager tracking and reporting conversion funnel.Lead Implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, reach, penetration, recall, customer retention & sales ensuring high efficiency in ROMI.Manage the company's paid media (Google, , Twitter, Facebook, etc.)Implement digital marketing activities across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Product) using various CRM and marketing tools like Fresh Chat and SEMRUSHManage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, mobile appsSet up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platformsResearch market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels using tools like Hotjar or any other CRO toolsAnalyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the teamResearch and understand the target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research, and interviews with subject matter experts.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, communication, digital technologies or equivalent relevant fieldFluency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad words, remarketing and other form of ads, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Scaled campaigns profitablyMaintain a healthy ROAS of 3X++Experience of managing a monthly ad spend of INR 50 Lacs+Experience with platforms like ShopifyExperience with tools like Klaviyo, SMS Bump, Smile,io and so onExcellent with Microsoft excel & other data mining platformsWorked with fashion brands with a successful growth record
