Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns both for Espritco Media LLP and our clients.

You will work closely with our internal teams and directly with clients to ensure that all digital initiatives align with brand goals, resonate with target audiences, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Campaign Management : Collaborate with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and objectives. Develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies that drive results.
• Internal Campaign Development : Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for Espritco Media across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Content Optimization : Work with content creators to ensure all digital content, both for Espritco Media and our clients, is optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns. Provide clients with detailed insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Social Media Management : Manage social media channels for Espritco Media and our clients, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
• PPC Campaigns : Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for both Espritco Media and clients, optimizing for maximum ROI.
• Website Management : Oversee website updates, ensuring they remain user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to enhance both Espritco Media’s and clients’ digital strategies.
• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborative Projects : Work closely with the design, content, and client management teams to produce high-quality digital content and campaigns.

Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns, including client-based projects.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and PPC.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate campaign strategies and results to clients.
• Client Management : Experience in managing client relationships, with the ability to understand and meet client expectations.
• Creativity : A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and strategies for both internal and client campaigns.
