As an SEO Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the team in optimizing our website's online presence and improving its search engine rankings.
Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research using various tools to identify high-value keywords relevant to our business.
• Analyze keyword competitiveness and search volume to prioritize target keywords effectively.
• Assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page SEO factors.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and user experience.
• Leverage off-page SEO strategies such as link building, guest blogging, and social bookmarking to enhance our online presence.
• Gain exposure to technical SEO aspects such as site speed optimization, mobile friendliness, and structured data markup.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Collaborate with content creators to align SEO strategies with content marketing goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Basic understanding of search engines and how they operate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
