The Performance Marketing Expert will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools, as well as impeccable attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven performance marketing experience, with a track record of successful campaign management, preferably in education, e-comm, food aggregators, etc.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for lead generation, improving quality, and conversion optimization based on data-driven insights, while staying up-to-date with current industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration is key, working closely with creative teams, inside sales, and other stakeholders to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
