The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing targeted digital content (paid and owned) that drives awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role leverages data insights to optimize content, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand messaging for Danos Group businesses.
Responsibilities
Align all efforts with "Where to Play" and "How to Win" strategic choices.
Develop and execute paid and owned digital marketing strategies that support business objectives.
Use data-driven insights and analytics to refine audience targeting and creative content, optimize campaigns, and measure engagement.
Integrate Power BI for real-time reporting and insights on marketing performance.
Utilize strategic planning and execution to align digital initiatives with long-term business growth.
Manage annual content calendars.
Work closely with the PR, creative, and video team to ensure an integrated content approach.
Measure and report on digital campaign performance using KPIs.
Support trade shows and events for Danos Group businesses.
Responsible for maintaining and updating content on Danos Group businesses' websites.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or analytics.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media/digital marketing.
Basic graphic design skills a plus.
Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, CoPilot / Chat GPT, email marketing platforms and CMS technology. HubSpot a plus.
Ability to interpret data insights to drive content strategy, paid media investments, and digital marketing efforts.
Desire to explore, recommend and implement new and emerging technologies and distribution platforms.
The position is based in Gray, Louisiana, and has some remote work flexibility and domestic travel requirements.
