About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Leap. If you have 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, especially on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this is the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career.
The charter for this role will include:
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Prepare actionable reports and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimizations
• Assist and execute A/B tests for ads and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and copy
• Monitor and maintain account and campaign hygiene to ensure optimal performance and compliance
• Tackle campaign challenges with a structured, analytical, and problem-solving approach
Ideal Persona would:
• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Proficient with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive with autonomy
• Experience with landing page optimization or creative briefing is a plus
