We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital strategy with business goals—managing performance marketing, email campaigns, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and more.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Oversee email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, content strategy, and performance tracking
Analyze digital campaign performance and web traffic metrics to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with the content, creative, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve search visibility
Monitor trends in digital marketing, tools, and technologies—bringing innovative ideas to the table
Report on KPIs and marketing ROI with regular updates and actionable insights
What You’ll Need
Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Proven track record in executing successful performance marketing and email campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM/email marketing platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and strategy
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with content planning and digital campaign storytelling
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with our portfolio teams, cross-functional departments, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms including Canva, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sprout Social, Mailchimp Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Working knowledge proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
