Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with the Creative Team to align on DRD's creative vision and strategy
Creating a cohesive marketing strategy and overseeing the development of DRD's marketing content calendar
Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment across all brand strategy marketing activities
Creative & Content Strategy
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices for social media, email, and content marketing.
Analyzing campaign data and adjusting strategies for improved performance
Understanding consumer-based products and DTC marketing
Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in DTC or internal brand marketing role
Experience with project management software such as Asana
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills
