The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and ecommerce strategies, particularly in B2C or retail industries. They will oversee the entire marketing funnel, focusing on omni-channel integration, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment of all campaigns with broader business objectives.
Identify areas for improvement in our current marketing efforts and develop creative, data-driven solutions to address them.
Develop and execute retail/B2C strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performing culture.
Manage relationships with internal and external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
