We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Tint Cosmetics. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate sales through various digital marketing channels. This is a full-time and Work From Office position based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate sales
• Plan, execute and monitor all digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and PPC
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
• Monitor and optimize the performance of our website and e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and online reputation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels
• Experience managing social media accounts and online reputation
• Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
