Main Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement SEO Strategy

Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content teams and identify opportunities for ranking improvements

Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and ensure the integration of targeted keywords and phrases

Develop and manage strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority
">
Perform regular technical audits, identify issues, and work with web developers to resolve them, ensuring optimal site performance
">
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor performance and generate insights. Regularly report on key metrics and provide recommendations
">
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
">
Analyze competitors' strategies and adapt the SEO approach to stay ahead

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns

Knowledge: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools, e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web programming languages. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
">
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
