Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, as well as a strong passion for teaching and mentoring others. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training courses on digital marketing topics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Conduct training sessions for our clients and internal team members, both in-person and online.
• Design training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into training materials.
• Provide feedback and coaching to learners, and offer ongoing support and guidance.
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and online.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Experience working with a variety of learners, including beginners and advanced users.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
