As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions and workshops to help participants acquire essential digital marketing skills. You will be a subject matter expert in digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, and will guide our participants through practical exercises, case studies, and real-world examples. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development: Create comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, lesson plans, and materials, in alignment with the latest digital marketing trends.
2. Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for participants, covering topics such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and more.
3. Practical Exercises: Organize hands-on activities and practical exercises to reinforce learning and provide participants with the opportunity to apply what they've learned.
4. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
5. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
6. Customized Training: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of corporate clients, understanding their objectives and business requirements.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on participants' progress, attendance, and any issues or concerns that may arise during training.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the training team to continuously improve the training content, methods, and delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of [1] years of practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or public speaking is preferred.
• Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
