Level Up STC is looking for a Senior Specialist – Trainer (Digital Marketing and Google Ads) for our client.
• Knowledge in Google Ads is must and looking for a candidate who is having excellent English communication. Others, please refrain from applying!!
Work location: MG Road, Bangalore
Shift: Flexible to shifts (Two way cab will be provided), 5 days working
Salary: Max 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions for new hires / tenured reps effectively.
Stay current with product and process updates, launches, best practices, tools, and applications.
Maintain accurate training records.
Evaluate trainee performance
Report on the progress of assigned projects.
Proficient in using Spreadsheets, Documents as well as applications to produce presentations.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies
Knowledge of Digital marketing concepts and awareness about different marketing platforms & advertising strategies
Awareness about content, design and effective Campaign Management
Exceptional communication skills & Interpersonal skills
Analytical Skills & Logical reasoning
Coaching
Data driven decision making
Proactive approach
Resource Management
Result driven approach
Qualifications:
5-8 years of overall relevant experience
Degree in Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication/Marketing
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts
Available to work 40 hours per week
