JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Trainers who can work with us on a Full time basis.
Experience Min 1 to 5 years as a Digital Marketing trainer experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
• Training Students on SEO, SMM, SEM, ORM, Google Ads, Paid campaigns on major platforms ie FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Analytics, Search Console etc., and its related tools.
• Knowledge & training skills on various seo tools.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 2years of experience in Training.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Test and review created materials.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Review students’ performance and learning.
• Should be able to handle End to End Training - Course Content Preparation, Material Preparation, Interview Questions, Mock Interviews, Live Projects Explanation, etc.
• Able to cater to College seminars, workshops, and corporate training.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and technology.
• Needs to train in-house students, beginners, and professionals in Digital Marketing.
• Designing training programs based on the needs of the organizations.
• Technical analytics skills and usage of analytics software.
• Should have experience in giving training through online Platforms i.e. Skype, Webinars, GoTo Meeting, Zoom, etc.
• Must be available to participate & strategize our in-house project promotion.
QUALIFICATION
• Proven experience as a technical trainer.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
• Experience in designing technical course content.
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking in crowds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Degree in a relevant technical field
