Our training courses, delivered by over 80 specialized subject matter experts, are available in person in the USA and India and through our e-learning platform. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Trainer at Brilliant Academe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive digital marketing training programs to individuals and businesses, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging digital marketing training programs, including curriculum design, content creation, and materials preparation.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various digital marketing topics, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' training requirements and tailor programs accordingly.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate training programs with business objectives.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in training and development.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with training management systems and online learning platforms.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
