We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing and Operations person to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of marketing strategies and tactics
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform optimizations and improvements
• Support the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
• Assist with the management of e-commerce platform, including product uploads, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in marketing, communications, business, or an experience of working in the related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• E-commerce platforms and operations management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
