Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) to share across all digital platforms.
• Plan and manage social media campaigns, including sponsored posts and paid ads.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with theLloombastic team to produce compelling visual content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital platforms.
• Manage the social media calendar, scheduling posts, and planning promotional events.
Qualifications
• Expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and edit visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for crafting and the handmade community.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
