Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation, audience engagement, and data-driven strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions. Experience in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and brand voice.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos, tailored to platform-specific audiences (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Platform Management:
• Manage and optimize the brand's social media accounts for growth and engagement.
• Respond promptly to audience queries, comments, and messages to build a strong community.
• Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute innovative campaigns for product launches, festivals, and promotional events to boost visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
• Analytics & Performance:
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party apps.
• Use insights to optimize content and campaigns for better ROI.
• Creative Direction:
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
• Ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Propose and experiment with new features and formats to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration of social media with broader marketing efforts.
Requirements
Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and paid social advertising.
