Job Description
This role is both hands-on and operational. You will actively assist our social media team in content creation while also managing the coordination, quoting, and quality control of website development projects. This is not a purely creative role and not a developer position. It is a coordination, execution, and quality role.
Responsibilities
Social Media Execution & Content Support
Assist in creating social media content including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video.
Participate in content ideation and planning sessions with the social media team.
Capture basic photo and video content using mobile devices as needed.
Assist with writing captions, hooks, post descriptions, and hashtag sets.
Prepare and organize content for scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Upload and schedule content using tools such as Loomly.
Coordinate with designers, editors, and videographers to move content through production.
Perform quality checks on posts prior to publishing (grammar, formatting, branding, accuracy).
Website Development Project Management
Manage website development projects from intake through launch.
Gather and define website project requirements and scope.
Create project timelines, task lists, and milestones.
Prepare and issue website development quotes using internal pricing frameworks.
Coordinate with web developers, designers, and internal teams.
Track progress, manage deadlines, and flag delays or scope changes.
Review websites for functionality, branding consistency, responsiveness, and accuracy prior to launch.
Ensure approvals, documentation, and handoff are completed.
Quality Control & Operations Support
Review digital deliverables to ensure they meet BrandNation standards.
Enforce internal processes, checklists, and SOPs.
Identify execution gaps, missed deadlines, or quality issues and address them.
Maintain organized documentation for projects, quotes, and approvals.
Provide status updates and visibility to leadership.
RequirementsRequired Experience
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, agency operations, or project coordination.
Hands-on experience creating or assisting with social media content.
Experience coordinating or managing website development projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.
Ability to balance creative contribution with structure and process.
Preferred (Not Required)
Agency experience.
Familiarity with Loomly, ClickUp or similar tools.
Experience with WordPress or Webflow.
Basic understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion principles.
