Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Operations Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations, digital marketing efforts, and the management of our website. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and digital marketing knowledge, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks that support our Operations, Business Development, and Social Media teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Management:
• Update and manage the website content, including property inventory and related pages.
• Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Use low-code/no-code tools to make basic updates and improvements to the website.
• SEO & Digital Marketing:
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Coordinate with the Social Media team to ensure consistent digital marketing efforts across all channels.
• Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and social media.
• Coordination & Support:
• Support the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager in their daily tasks.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and notes as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Data Management:
• Manage and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the website.
• Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to track and analyze data related to website performance, marketing campaigns, and inventory management.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on website performance, SEO metrics, and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in website management and updating using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
