• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in digital marketing for healthcare products, and apply insights to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
• Support product launches and promotional events by developing marketing collateral, organizing webinars, and coordinating marketing activities to drive product adoption and sales.
• Monitor and manage online reputation and customer feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns to maintain positive brand perception.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, sales tools, and product documentation to support the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
