Job Description
Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the project team s activities and deliverables, ensuring all are completed on time and on budget and align to the client s strategic business goals. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for interfacing with clients and being the liaison between the client and the internal delivery team.
What you will do
– Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.
– Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
– Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
– Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
– Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
– Planning and executing digital marketing budgets
– Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in the digital marketing space
– Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery
– Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
– Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage internal and external communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings
– Serve as an escalation point and liaison between client and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables
– Create timelines and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups for the delivery team
– Responsible for budget tracking, profitability, and, financial reporting to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues.
– Ability to forecast and allocate resources for current and upcoming project needs
What you will need
– 3-5 years relevant project management experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the execution and management of digital creative and technology projects
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
– Great problem-solving skills
– Deep knowledge of web design principles
– Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
– Ability to identify long term trends in data
– Great communication skills
– Experience working with a content management system
– Strong client management & relationship building skills
– Experience working cross-functionally with Strategists, UX/UI designers, developers, quality assurance analysts, and other disciplines.
– Experience working in a scrum or agile methodology eCommerce and agency experience preferred
