As the Digital & Retail Marketing Manager, you will be at the intersection of digital innovation and physical retail excellence. You are responsible for the performance of the Polestar Australia digital ecosystem—driving the e-commerce journey, optimising our CRM strategy, and ensuring our website is a high-converting engine for growth.

Beyond the digital realm, you will act as the strategic bridge between Polestar and our retail partners (Polestar Spaces). You will ensure that every local campaign executed by our partners is data-driven, effective, and meticulously aligned with our global brand identity.

What you'll do

Website Management: Lead the local strategy for Polestar.com/au, ensuring content is localised, SEO-optimised, and performing against KPIs.
Data-Driven Growth: Use analytics (Google Analytics 4) to identify friction points in the funnel and implement A/B testing or UX improvements.
Conversion Optimisation: Oversee the end-to-end digital customer journey, from initial interest to final vehicle configuration and deposit.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Localise and execute automated CRM workflows to nurture leads through the long-lead automotive purchase cycle.
Audience Segmentation: Leverage customer data to deliver personalised messaging that drives product consideration and repeat engagement.
Loyalty: Manage post-purchase communications to build brand advocacy and support the transition to an EV lifestyle.
Retail Partner Strategy: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Polestar’s dealer/retail partners across Australia.
Campaign Execution: Provide partners with the tools, assets, and strategic guidance to execute local area marketing (LAM) that drives foot traffic and test drives.
Brand Governance: Audit partner-led activities to ensure 100% compliance with Polestar’s premium brand guidelines.
Agency Management & Media Planning: Support the briefing process for media and creative agencies to develop integrated advertising campaigns that align with national sales targets.
Campaign Delivery: Manage the end-to-end production and rollout of creative assets across Paid Social, Display, OOH, and Search.
Performance Tracking: Monitor real-time campaign performance, ensuring budget efficiency and high-quality lead generation.
Who you are

Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, with a heavy focus on Digital, E-commerce, or Retail Marketing (Automotive or Premium Tech experience is a plus).
Technical Literacy: High proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce), CMS management, and web analytics.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just report on data; you translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
Relationship Builder: Ability to influence and collaborate with external retail partners to achieve shared commercial goals.
Agency Savvy: Proven experience managing creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact, premium campaigns on time and within budget
Brand Obsessed: An eye for detail and a deep appreciation for Polestar’s minimalist, design-led aesthetic.
