Job Description
In this role you will work closely with the Marketing & Customer Support. This is a target driven role that will contribute to new business revenue for B2C & Online Business.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Lead Conversion Management via multiple channels - Call, Email, SMS & WhatsApp, Chat to Internal database
· Execute lead and sales generating outbound & inbound digital marketing campaigns – Cross Sell, Upsell and Direct Sell to internal database generated through multiple channels
· Handle short TAT campaigns.
· Progress the sales cycle from MQL to SQL
· Develop and maintain the prospect database and funnel
· Regional Market & Competition research
· Explore Digital Affinity Collaborations
· Support & operate all functions of digital marketing & sales
· Co-ordinate lead management through call centre
· Analytics and Reporting
Experience & Qualifications:
· Knowledge of digital marketing activities
· Knowledge of digital technology tools & applications
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Experience of using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts and record information.
· Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
· Good communication skill and a team player
· Customer support and relationship management skills
· Working with education or BFSI sector advantageous but not required
