Responsibilities:
Recruit the Advisor from leads. Provide training to an advisor. Complete Advisors IRDA certification. Motivate and Drive life insurance business from advisor. Accountable for meeting and exceeding digital sales revenue goals for the market and for controlling sales expenses.
Directs sales processes to generate revenues Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status. Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors in order to target needs and drive sales
