Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Digital & Social Media Executive assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
Your role will involve managing social media accounts, analysing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Working hours: +:30 am to 6:30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Experience required: 2 - 3 year
Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Manage various social media platforms and create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling content, graphics, videos, and written copy, for social media posts and advertisements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and advertising, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams of account managers, designers, and copywriters, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliver high-quality results.
• Abreast knowledge of industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in social media algorithms.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on social media management and digital campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and advertising strategies.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking ability
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
