Full Job Description
We are looking for a Trainer -Digital who will be training young entrepreneurs on different aspects of Digital marketing such as Facebook advertising, Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing, SEO, YouTube Marketing, Website Creation etc.
Role:
Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.
Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
Maintaining progress report of student, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting.
Helping with students’ mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.
Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.
Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.
Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
Any Graduate Preferably from IT Background.
At least 6 months - 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer position preferred.
Should be an expert in SEO, PPC Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliated Marketing, Content Marketing, SMO, SEM, ORM, Website Designing, Web Analytics, etc. 3. Helping students in practical execution of digital marketing
Should have energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, strong convincing skills and be willing to work on multiple assignments.
Strong people management and orientation towards relationship building
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and English.
Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce digital divide in the society.
