You will work closely with our Quality and Operational Excellence teams to identify areas for digital transformation and develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering , Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant certifications on digital tools and technologies. You should have proven experience in developing and implementing digital transformation initiatives for Quality and Operational Excellence or similar , and a strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including mobile app development, website development, software development, video creation, and LMS platforms. Knowledge in Business Excellence tools like 5S, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, TPM are an added advantage.
