My Early Learning Centre Clemton Park is a boutique, community-focused early learning service seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team.
Located in Earlwood / Clemton Park, our boutique centre offers a warm, welcoming environment where strong family relationships, high-quality education and meaningful connections are at the centre of everything we do. With smaller group settings and a close-knit team, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive workplace culture where educators feel valued and empowered to thrive.

About the Role
Permanent full-time opportunity
Flexible roster within operating hours (7:30am – 6:00pm)
Opportunity to step into a Room Leader or senior educator role
Ongoing mentoring and leadership support
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ Current Working With Children Check
✔ Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
✔ Experience with planning cycles, documentation and critical reflection
You Are:
Passionate, professional and proactive
Confident in building strong relationships with children and families
Organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive team contributor
Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation
